Class C (1946-1960)

C16 1960 - Jaguar XK150-3.8S Roadster

The XK series such as XK120 and XK140 belonged to the 1950s but XK150 released in 1957 survived until the early 60s. The biggest improvement in comparison with the two predecessors is a long discussed cabin comfort which was made possible by widening the scuttle by 100mm. When the model was released, its glamorous body had two variations, Fixed Head Coupe (FHC) and Drop Head Coupe (DHC). Later the Roadster was revived. Only 23 3.8S Roadsters for homeland UK were produced and the exhibited car is a beautiful survivor which retains a remarkable number of original parts.
